The bonnet, boot, and wheel arch flares are back from the painters, so Brian’s assembling the boot lid.
Meanwhile, I’m fitting the flares. The flares are held on by captive bolts accessed from inside the car- meaning that, until they were installed, I couldn’t fit interior panels or the fuel tanks. Murphy’s law came into play here, and one of the captive bolts came loose and cracked the paint- so one of the flares has gone back to the painters. Aaargh. In the meantime though:
With one side finished, I could fit a tiny piece of the interior- the driver’s side rear seat pocket lining.
I’m *very* happy with how it turned out.
